I was so proud of my 5 mile run the other day but I think I hurt my knee. After the run it was hurting pretty bad. Took motron and water, the next day it was worse had trouble walking on it. As the day passed felt a little better but might have been all the Motron, didn’t run. Today it still hurt but not too bad felt like it was getting better, but then when i tried to run it was killing me. Felt like my knee was gonna snap in half and the left one began to hurt more cause all my weight to run was being put on the left leg now. I dont know what to do, so sad, I just started running and started enjoying it dont want to be set back on my training to 1/2 marathon and discouraged enough to stop.
